I am going to start out by saying that never would I have envisioned myself owning a Ford. For years I swore up and down that I didn’t like Explorers…they’re too big and heavy. Freehold Ford, and their sales rep Sebastian Cerezo definitely defy the stereotype of the car buying process. Sebastian is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and follows up on all the details. Together Sebastian, and Dennis the finance manager, made the process streamlined and stress free. This was my second Raptor purchase at this dealership, and likely not my last.
I feel like a valued customer here. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and thorough. I have been purchasing Fords since 1996 here. Mike, my sales person, was attentive, and really listened to me and was great at explaining everything.
There are more honest dealerships around the area, spend your time at one of those. There's zero transparency in their negotiating, if that's what you want to call it. Every time I'm due for a new vehicle, I try to shop here, and they quickly remind me why I never make a purchase. They pull ridiculous numbers out of a hat, that aren't even worth discussion, with either insane rate mark-up or hidden fees. I leased a brand-new Mercedes for less than they wanted for a high mileage loaner vehicle.

I’m deeply disappointed by my experience purchasing a Mustang Mach-E at this dealership. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of — especially by Nick and Dino, who were both unhelpful when I later raised concerns.
First, despite expressing that I wanted a new vehicle and was keen on purchasing a car with the most advanced technology, which naturally would've been the 2025 model (newest at the time), I later found out it was actually a 2024. Bought a 2025 Ford Maverick from out of state and my experience with the whole team (including even the telephone receptionist) was just exceptional. Went in to have my 2019 F150 transmission issue diagnosed. I was told that I needed a $7k rebuild. Spoke to Ford who reached out to you guys for some info. They were told that you were not willing to help me any longer and I should find another dealer. Funny thing. I got the software updated and it’s working fine now. You almost conned me out of $7k. I will be reporting this to every agency I can think of. You tried to rob me!

I was recently looking for a Ford F150. Passed Freehold Ford on Rt 9 1000’s of times but never took notice. This place is top notch. Small business feel. Not like the giant corporate type places that rush u in and out. They gave me a great price on my trade in and also a good price on my purchase. Couldn’t be happier. Nick was my salesman. Awful. We bought Ford Escape from them and it was maintained through their service department. Complete transmission failure at 67,000 miles. They would not cover it by warranty. Close to $7000 to fix. My younger daughter almost died in the middle of the highway because the car just stopped moving. I would not recommend them at all, dealer or brand. Management does not care, they just want to sell you another horrible car. We will file a complaint against them in every agency. Possibly court.
