Everyone at the dealership was super helpful in the process of a car totaling to buying a new car. From dropping it off with service in the morning to give to the body shop because they weren’t open yet. To the communication with me on daily updates. Then AJ in sales being patient as the process was going on and checking after purchase to make sure we didn’t need help with anything and calling when the paperwork was completed to little things like telling me when closed for night so I didn’t show up to a dark dealer. After a few visits over the span of a few weeks, everyone knew me and my family and knew what I was in for, whether it was to pick up the plates or because I left something in car. They were all on the same page. When buying a new vehicle AJ was great. My family had already known what car to get but were checking the individual styles on the lot. AJ let me go through the process with no “sales pitch” so I can narrow it down for my wife to come the next day. AJ knew the next day we came back and had the cars next to each other as it was cold and we did not have to go far. He sat in the passenger seat while my wife checked out the car and made sure she knew all the features. AJ thank you for the Expedition and all the conversations and patience as the long process developed.
